Scheduling
We strive to run on time so you won’t be kept waiting, and we ask you to arrive for your appointments on time as well. We understand that you are busy, and your time is valuable to us. Dr. Gilday only deviates from his schedule in the event of a dental emergency that needs to be taken care of immediately.
Once we have decided on a treatment plan and have worked out financial arrangements, we will do everything we can to proceed with your treatment on a schedule that works well for you, whether that be soon or at a slower pace.
Please call us at least two business days in advance for changed appointments. Missed appointments without this notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellations fees. We want to work with you to schedule convenient appointment times for your visits to our office.
Payment Options
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can get the dental care they need and desire. Many patients have some type of dental insurance. We are insurance friendly and, in the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits. We will ask you for current insurance information at your first visit, and we may ask you to confirm this info at subsequent visits in order to remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. As a courtesy, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track claims for you.
No Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. Additionally, we offer financing options (see below) because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the cost of dental treatment into their budgets.
CareCredit® Financing
We offer financing through CareCredit® for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works for you. CareCredit also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate.
